Jack Gordon was a guest lecturer to Columbia University MBA students taking a course taught by Stephen Zagor, Dean of Culinary Business and Industry Studies at The Institute of Culinary Education. Jack spoke on the legal aspects of launching a food product or opening a restaurant to students taking Stephen's course entitled Food Entrepreneurship.
