The Real Estate practice at KB&G, headed by Michael B. Kent, represents both purchasers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate (including condominiums, cooperatives, houses and multi-family properties). The firm also handles leasing (representing both tenants and landlords) in office and retail spaces, real estate development and construction, financing, and land use and zoning matters. KB&G regularly handles the real estate transactions and requirements of its corporate, hospitality and other commercial clients. The firm also acts as litigation counsel to protect the real property rights of its clients.
