Jack A. Gordon
Jack A. Gordon received his B.Sc., cum laude, from
Boston University in 1981, and his J.D., cum laude,
from New York Law School, where he was
a member of, and Research Editor for, the New York
Law School Law Review, in 1986.

Jack began his career with Donovan Leisure Newton &
Irvine, and spent more than eight years in the litigation
department of Dewey Ballantine before creating his own
firm in March of 1995. Jack merged his practice
with that of Michael and Harry in 1997. Jack’s practice
focuses on civil litigation and arbitration, with
a concentration in complex commercial matters.
He also practices in the areas of employment
discrimination, employee benefits and employee rights,
construction law and the prosecution of legal malpractice actions.

Jack is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations (in both of which he is a member of the Litigation Section), and of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (at which he was a panelist on “Careers in Transition” for the Employment Law Section). He holds an AV-Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Jack is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars, the United States District Court for the Districts of New Jersey and the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, and the Bars of the Second, Third, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Jack also is a member and Trustee of the Roseland, New Jersey, Historical Society and the Roseland Landmarks and Historic Districts Commission. He is also a principal in Bumble Bee Productions, LLC, a New Jersey-based film production company dedicated to producing feature-length films, including the historical documentary, The Bond Force Legacy.
