Deirdre Fletcher focuses on corporate law, transactional matters and commercial counseling. Prior to law school, she worked as an investment banker in international capital markets. Utilizing this valuable experience, she joined a large corporate law firm in 1995 as a corporate and securities associate representing domestic and international clients. She has worked with KB&G since 2007, being elevated to the position of “Of Counsel” in 2009.
She has experience in a wide variety of industries, including media, entertainment, communications, packaged and consumer goods, apparel and venture capital. At KB&G, her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, business consultation, securities law issues, venture capital investments and banking, financial and commercial contracts.
While attending Harvard Law School, she was a member of, and articles editor for, both The Black Letter Law Journal and The Women’s Law Journal.
Deirdre is a member of the New York Bar and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association.
